Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• A licensed professional denies your request for a medical cannabis card for any reason.
• We fail to deliver your medical cannabis recommendation as promised.
• Your medical cannabis recommendation is not validated by the evaluating therapist.

To request a refund, email our support team at contact@medicalcannabiscardanaheim.com with your details and the issue.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Refunds are not available if you place an order but have not yet completed the evaluation process; you must wait for the outcome.
• You successfully receive your recommendation, but later decide you no longer want it.

If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please contact our customer support team to reschedule. A $25 doctor evaluation fee applies to missed appointments.
